1. Introduction
SpekitaSecure is a managed-device service application provided by SPEKITA GENERAL TRADERS CO LTD for Android devices that are owned, financed, leased, or otherwise managed by Spekita or its authorized business partners.
SpekitaSecure supports lawful device financing, customer support, device security, payment-status verification, device restoration, device release, and managed-device service workflows.
The app is intended only for devices enrolled through an approved Spekita onboarding, enterprise enrollment, or authorized provisioning process.
SpekitaSecure is not designed for hidden monitoring, personal spying, unauthorized tracking, unauthorized control of privately owned devices, advertising profiling, or collection of private user content.
2. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how SpekitaSecure collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares information when the app is installed or activated on an eligible managed Android device.
This policy applies to:
Devices financed, leased, sold on credit, owned, or managed by Spekita.
Devices enrolled through Spekita’s approved QR provisioning, Android Enterprise enrollment, Managed Google Play, Android Management API, or other authorized device management process.
Customers, agents, staff, and authorized users involved in device financing, support, release, and managed-device operations.
3. Managed Device Notice
SpekitaSecure may operate as a device management application on eligible Android devices. Depending on the enrollment method, the app may be granted device management privileges, including Android Enterprise Device Owner mode where supported.
These privileges are used only for legitimate financed-device and managed-device service purposes, including:
Confirming that the correct financed or managed device has been enrolled.
Applying device policies required for financed or organization-managed devices.
Helping protect Spekita-owned or Spekita-financed devices from unauthorized use, fraud, or contract abuse.
Managing device service status according to payment, ownership, release, or contract status.
Restoring access after successful payment verification or authorized support action.
Releasing or deprovisioning a device after the customer has completed the required payment or ownership process.
Supporting customer service and technical troubleshooting.
SpekitaSecure does not use device management privileges for hidden surveillance, personal spying, unauthorized access to private content, advertising profiling, or unrelated user tracking.
4. Information We Collect
SpekitaSecure collects only information that is necessary for device financing, managed-device service operation, customer support, fraud prevention, security, compliance, and device release workflows.
4.1 Device Identification Information
SpekitaSecure may process device identification information, including:
IMEI or serial/device identifier where available through approved enrollment, device records, Android Enterprise management, or lawful device-service processes.
Android ID or other device identifier fallback.
Spekita internal device ID.
Enrollment ID, provisioning token, or management enrollment reference.
Device ownership, finance, lease, or service reference.
Device model, manufacturer, Android version, app version, and build information.
This information is used to confirm that the correct device is linked to the correct customer, finance agreement, lease record, support record, or managed-device account.
4.2 Device Management and Service Status Information
SpekitaSecure may collect limited device management and service status information, including:
Device enrollment and activation status.
Device management or ownership lifecycle status.
Policy application status.
Device access status, such as active, temporarily restricted, restored, released, or deprovisioned.
Compliance status required for financed-device service operation.
Last successful sync time.
Last service check-in time.
Customer service or support action status.
This information is used only to manage financed or organization-managed devices, verify service status, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and complete device release or deprovisioning after the required payment or ownership process is completed.
SpekitaSecure does not use this information for hidden monitoring, advertising, personal profiling, unauthorized surveillance, or unrelated tracking.
4.3 Payment and Contract Status Information
SpekitaSecure may receive or display limited payment or contract status information from Spekita systems, such as:
Whether a device account is active, overdue, temporarily restricted, restored, released, or completed.
Amount due, where applicable.
Due date, where applicable.
Payment verification status.
Device release eligibility.
SpekitaSecure does not collect, process, or store full card numbers, bank account passwords, mobile money PINs, banking credentials, or full financial account credentials.
4.4 Technical and Diagnostic Information
SpekitaSecure may collect technical and diagnostic information required to keep the service secure and reliable, including:
App crash or error logs.
Policy application logs.
Network availability status.
Sync success or failure records.
Firebase Cloud Messaging token or equivalent notification token used to deliver authorized service and device management updates.
Security and audit logs related to enrollment, activation, access-status updates, restoration, release, or deprovisioning events.
This information is used for app functionality, diagnostics, security, fraud prevention, service reliability, and customer support.
5. Information We Do Not Collect
SpekitaSecure does not collect, read, record, or upload the following personal content:
SMS message content.
Call recordings.
Contact lists.
Personal photos or videos.
Microphone audio.
Camera images.
Precise GPS location.
Calendar content.
Browsing history.
Personal files or documents.
Social media messages.
Passwords, mobile money PINs, banking credentials, or payment account PINs.

To enroll and identify the correct financed or managed device.

Spekita does not use collected device data for advertising, third-party marketing, unrelated user profiling, or unrelated tracking.
7. Device Identifier and IMEI Use
SpekitaSecure may use IMEI or other device identifiers to confirm that the correct device is linked to the correct customer, finance agreement, lease record, support record, or managed-device account.
Device identifiers may be used for:
Device enrollment.
Payment reconciliation.
Customer support.
Fraud prevention.
Device release verification.
Deprovisioning after completion of payment or ownership transfer.
Audit and dispute resolution related to financed or managed devices.
Device identifiers are not sold and are not used for advertising tracking.
8. Firebase Cloud Messaging and Authorized Device Management Updates
SpekitaSecure may use Firebase Cloud Messaging or an equivalent secure messaging service to receive authorized service and device management updates from Spekita systems.
These updates may support:
Device status sync.
Device activation.
Device access-status updates.
Restoration of device access.
Device policy updates.
Device release after completion of the required payment or ownership process.
Deprovisioning where applicable.
Only authorized Spekita systems should send device management updates.
SpekitaSecure does not accept unauthorized third-party control, hidden monitoring, advertising instructions, or unrelated tracking instructions.
9. Data Sharing
Spekita does not sell personal data.
Spekita may share or process limited data with trusted service providers only when necessary for:
Secure cloud hosting.
Device management backend services.
Payment verification.
Customer support.
Fraud prevention.
App diagnostics.
Security monitoring.
Legal, accounting, audit, or regulatory compliance.
Service providers are expected to process data only for Spekita-approved purposes and not for their own independent marketing.

11. Data Retention
Spekita keeps device and finance lifecycle records only for as long as reasonably necessary for:
Device financing and contract management.
Payment verification.
Customer support.
Device release and deprovisioning.
Fraud prevention.
Audit, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.
When information is no longer required, Spekita may delete, anonymize, or securely archive it according to business and legal requirements.
12. Device Release and Deprovisioning
When a customer completes the required payment or ownership process, Spekita may release or deprovision the device according to the applicable agreement and technical process.
After release or deprovisioning, SpekitaSecure may stop applying financing-related device restrictions.
Some records may still be retained for audit, support, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal purposes.
13. Customer Choices and Support
Customers may contact Spekita to request support regarding:
Device activation.
Payment or account status.
Device access status.
Device restoration.
Device release after payment completion.
Correction of inaccurate records.
Privacy questions.
Data access or deletion requests, where applicable.
Some device management data may be required to provide financed-device services. If certain required data cannot be processed, Spekita may be unable to provide device financing, release, support, or management services.
14. Children’s Privacy
SpekitaSecure is not intended for use by children as a general consumer application.
The app is intended for managed, financed, leased, or organization-controlled devices.
Spekita does not knowingly use SpekitaSecure to collect personal information from children for advertising, personal profiling, or unrelated tracking purposes.

Spekita may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app, device management process, legal requirements, or business operations.
